Proprify is a firm of Govt Registered Valuers — both IBBI Registered Valuers and Form N Valuers. We do two things: we list bank auctions and owner properties, each carrying an assessment our own valuers produced and the lister did not pay for; and we issue certified valuation reports, signed by the cadre matching the authority who will receive them. The engagement entity is Proprify Private Limited; the signing valuer signs in personal professional capacity.

On the bank-panel side, Proprify's panel valuers serve leading banks, NBFCs and HFCs — primarily for home-loan, SARFAESI and distressed-sale valuations. On the customer side, we deliver embassy-ready visa valuations, Form-N-signed capital-gains reports for ITR, and CA-signed net worth certificates for tenders, GeM registration and bank guarantees.
