Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective 2 June 2026.
1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to valuation orders and related paid services purchased on proprify.in (also reachable at app1.rkvalues.com during the brand transition) from Proprify Private Limited (CIN U70200TS2025PTC202954, GSTIN 36AAQCP1161N1ZX, registered office Hyderabad, Telangana).
2. Pricing & Invoicing
- Prices for valuations are shown on the Website at the time of ordering and are inclusive or exclusive of GST as indicated.
- A GST invoice is issued by Proprify Private Limited upon successful payment.
- For multi-property net worth certificates and outstation engagements, additional fees may apply; these are quoted upfront before payment.
3. Cancellation
- Before site visit: You may cancel a valuation order at any time before the site inspection has commenced by writing to support@proprify.in. The valuation fee is refundable in full, less a processing fee of ₹500 to cover order intake, payment-gateway charges and coordination cost.
- After site visit: Once the site inspection has commenced, the underlying valuation fee is non-refundable as the engagement is materially performed. The Express premium remains subject to the SLA refund (Section 4 below).
- Subscriptions: Monthly / annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from the account page; access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. No pro-rated refund of the current cycle is provided.
4. Express Delivery SLA Refund
Where you have ordered the Express 12-hour service, the Express premium (the difference between Express and Standard pricing for the property type) will be refunded if the signed PDF Report has not been delivered to the email address on file within twelve (12) hours of the site inspection being completed by the assigned Govt Registered Valuer, except where:
- the delay is attributable to the Client (e.g. inability to access the property at the agreed time, missing or incomplete documents, unresponsive Client contact);
- force majeure events (natural disaster, civil disturbance, declared regulatory restriction, internet or infrastructure outage);
- the property requires a second site visit for genuine valuation reasons identified at the first visit.
The underlying valuation fee is non-refundable once the site visit has commenced; only the Express premium is refunded under this clause.
5. Errors & Corrections
If you believe a Report contains a factual error (e.g. wrong property dimensions, incorrect address details), notify us within 7 days of delivery by writing to support@proprify.in. The assigned valuer will review and, where the error is verified, re-issue the Report at no additional cost. Differences of opinion on valuation methodology or value are not treated as errors; if the Report fails its intended use due to methodology, refer to Section 7 (Disputes).
6. Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment instrument used by you.
- Refunds via UPI typically reflect in 1–2 working days; card and netbanking refunds depend on your bank and may take up to 7–10 working days.
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated, including the Razorpay reference number for tracking.
- Where the original instrument is closed or unavailable, an alternative method (e.g. NEFT to a verified bank account in your name) may be used; we may request supporting documentation.
7. Disputes
If a Report is rejected by the receiving authority (Income Tax Department, embassy/consulate, bank) for a defect attributable to the Report and not to the underlying property facts or supporting documents, contact compliance@proprify.in with written reasons from the authority. We will assess the case in good faith with the assigned valuer and, where appropriate, re-issue the Report or refund as a goodwill gesture.
8. Non-Refundable Items
- Completed Reports already delivered (other than under Sections 4, 5 or 7).
- Outstation travel reimbursements, where Proprify has already incurred third-party expenses (e.g. flight, hotel, courier) on the Client's behalf.
- Notarisation, courier and other passed-through third-party charges, once incurred.
