Most net worth certificates fail when the property values inside them are unsigned estimates. Ours are built on signed valuations by Govt Registered Valuers from Proprify's panel — so banks, tender authorities and consulates approve without back-and-forth.
Why most net worth certificates get rejected
A net worth certificate is only as credible as the property valuations underneath it. A CA can sign the consolidated certificate, but the reviewer always asks: "how did you arrive at this property value?" If the answer is a broker note, the certificate comes back for rework. We solve this by producing a signed IBBI-Registered Valuer report for each property you want included, aggregating them into a single CA-signed certificate.

What is a net worth certificate typically needed for?+
Bank guarantee backing for government tenders, project finance sanction, visa financial proof (especially US B1/B2 and UK visitor), credit-line enhancement, CIBIL grievances, divorce proceedings, investor KYC, and some corporate directorships. The exact format varies by purpose — we handle the variation.
Can you value just property, or do you cover other assets?+
We specialise in property valuation — that's where value typically concentrates and where rejections happen. For bank deposits, mutual funds, gold etc. we work with your CA who will pull statements and add them to the certificate. We coordinate so you don't have to.
How many properties can I include?+
No hard limit. Most certificates have 1–4 properties. Each extra property adds one valuation fee (see pricing). Volume discount starts at 3 properties: 15% off the 3rd onward.
My bank asked for the certificate in their own format — can you do that?+
Yes. Send us the bank's template at order time (or after — we ask). We've completed certificates in SBI, HDFC, Kotak, Axis, ICICI and most NBFC formats. For foreign consulate formats we match their checklist.
Do you provide net worth certificates for GeM registration?+
Yes. Government e-Marketplace (GeM) sellers in higher-value categories need a net worth certificate from a CA, supported by valuations of any property assets included. We deliver the GeM-compatible format alongside the underlying IBBI-Registered Valuer reports — usually in 12 hours on Express, so you can complete registration in the same business day.
Can you support government tender bidding and bid-security (EMD)?+
Yes. We deliver net worth certificates accepted by PWD, NHAI, Railway, Defence and most state-PSU tenders — including project-finance certificates and EMD / bid-security backing. The underlying valuation is the same IBBI-Registered Valuer signed report; the wrapper changes to match the tender authority's checklist.
How long does it take?+
Single-property net worth: 5–7 working days standard, 12 hours express. Multi-property: each additional property adds 1–2 days. If you need it by a specific date tell us at order time.
Is the certificate digital-only or do you courier hard copies?+
Both. Signed PDF on WhatsApp + 2 stamped hard copies couriered (included). Bank submissions usually require wet signature — our courier gets it to you in 1–2 days on Blue Dart.
