Visa-ready property valuations embassies and consulates actually accept.
For US, UK, Canada, Australia, Schengen & Gulf visa, work-permit and study-abroad applications. Signed by a Govt Registered Valuer on Proprify's panel; formatted to the five-element consulate checklist.
What makes a valuation embassy-ready
Embassies and consulates reject more valuations than they accept. Usually not because the number is wrong, but because the report is missing one of five things: registered valuer credentials, clear ownership link, inspection evidence, comparable justification, or the affidavit block the officer's checklist looks for. We build every visa valuation around that checklist — and the credentials block lists the assigned valuer's registration cadre (IBBI or Form N) and the registration framework under which the valuer operates.

Frequently asked
Which countries' embassies and consulates do you cover?+
United States (all visa types including B1/B2, F-1 student, H-1B, L-1), United Kingdom (Tier 4 student, Skilled Worker work permit, visitor), Canada (PR, study permit, visitor), Australia (PR, student, visitor), Schengen (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands etc.), Gulf countries (UAE, Saudi, Qatar), New Zealand, Ireland.
Do you help with FBAR / FATCA disclosure valuations?+
Yes. For US persons with Indian property we provide the FBAR / FATCA-compatible format with USD conversion at year-end exchange rates, ownership-share breakdown, and consistent-format annual updates.
Can you valuate a property I inherited but don't have the deed for?+
Yes, with supporting documents. We can work with succession certificate, legal heir certificate, gift deed, WILL, or even revenue records — your case officer will guide you on the minimum set needed to defend ownership in the report.
I have a visa interview in 5 days — can you deliver in time?+
Yes. A visa valuation is document-based — no site visit required — so once your property papers are in, express delivery is 12 hours to a signed PDF in your inbox. Let us know your interview date at order time and we'll prioritise.
Are the valuations legally sworn / notarised?+
The report is signed by a Govt Registered Valuer on Proprify's panel — either an IBBI Registered Valuer or a Form N Valuer, both Government of India registrations under specific statutory rules. We include a pre-formatted affidavit page. Physical notarisation (if the consulate asks) is a ₹500 add-on — we send the report to a notary and courier back to you.
What if my property is jointly owned?+
We value the full property and separately mention each co-owner's share percentage. The consulate reviewer gets a clear picture of your exact net asset without ambiguity.
