Brings the Income Tax cadre of valuer expertise to the firm — the format assessing officers have known and accepted for half a century. Leads Proprify's capital gains, FMV-as-on-01-Apr-2001 and Section 50C engagements where the receiving authority is the Income Tax Department. Reports signed by a Form N valuer are routinely accepted in ITR filings, Form 35 appeals and capital gains computations without further questioning.

Our panel of Govt Registered Valuers

Beyond the founders, Proprify maintains a working panel of Govt Registered Valuers across India — both IBBI Registered Valuers (Land & Building) and Form N Valuers (registered with the Income Tax Department under Rule 8A of the Income-tax Rules, 1962).

Every Proprify report is assigned to a panel valuer whose registration is best suited for the receiving authority — IBBI for bank, SARFAESI and Companies Act work; Form N for Income Tax Department filings; either cadre for visa and net worth. The signing valuer's registration type, registration date, and verification details are stated on the report itself.

We operate across 76+ Indian cities with a single quality bench in Hyderabad. The valuer who visits your property is registered; the firm that takes the engagement, issues the invoice and delivers the report is Proprify Private Limited.
