We collect information necessary for property valuation services including property details, applicant information shared by lending institutions, site photographs, GPS coordinates, and contact details. This information is used solely for the purpose of conducting valuations, generating reports, and improving our services.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is role-based and logged. Property photographs are watermarked with timestamps and GPS coordinates for authenticity. We retain valuation records as required by banking regulations and RERA guidelines.
We do not sell, trade, or share personal information with third parties except as required to deliver our services to the commissioning bank/NBFC, or as mandated by law. Our employees are bound by confidentiality agreements.
