These Terms of Service govern your use of the RK Values website, the Proprify platform, and all property valuation services provided by RK Values. By engaging our services or accessing our platform, you agree to these terms. Our valuation reports are prepared in accordance with guidelines issued by the respective commissioning bank/NBFC and follow standards prescribed by the Institution of Valuers (IOV), Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and applicable regulatory frameworks. Reports represent our professional opinion of value at the date of inspection and are prepared solely for the use of the commissioning institution. We employ reasonable care and professional diligence, but valuations are inherently opinion-based and subject to market conditions, information provided, and physical access at the time of inspection. We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party data relied upon, including revenue records, municipal approvals, or builder representations. The Proprify platform provides real-time tracking and transparency tools to our banking partners. Platform access is subject to role-based permissions and must not be shared. Unauthorised use or redistribution of reports is prohibited.
