Net Worth Certificate in Kolkata, issued in 48 hours.
CA-signed net worth certificates for Kolkata applicants, built on property valuations by IBBI Registered Valuers. Accepted for bank facilities, GeM registration, tender pre-qualification and visa financial evidence.
Why the valuation underneath the certificate is what gets checked
A net worth certificate is only as strong as the asset valuations it consolidates. Banks, GeM and tender evaluation committees routinely go behind the headline figure to the property valuation supporting it — and a certificate resting on a self-declared or unsupported property value is where pre-qualification fails. We build the certificate the other way round: an IBBI Registered Valuer values each property first, reconciled against the market value notified by the Directorate of Registration & Stamp Revenue, West Bengal for Kolkata, and our empanelled Chartered Accountant then consolidates and counter-signs. Older south Kolkata properties are frequently held on thika or long-lease tenure with fractional shares — we document the exact interest being valued rather than assuming freehold.

Frequently asked
Who signs the net worth certificate?+
Two professionals. The underlying property valuation is signed by an IBBI Registered Valuer (Land & Building) registered with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India; the consolidated net worth statement is counter-signed by an empanelled Chartered Accountant with a UDIN, which is what banks and GeM verify.
Is it accepted for GeM registration and tender pre-qualification?+
Yes. GeM and most tender authorities require a CA-certified net worth statement, and many additionally require the immovable property component to be supported by a registered valuer’s report — which is exactly how ours is constructed. Tell us the tender or portal at checkout and we issue in that format.
Do you need to visit each Kolkata property?+
For properties forming a material part of the net worth, yes — an IBBI Registered Valuer inspects and photographs each one. Smaller holdings can sometimes be covered on a desktop basis; we tell you which applies before you pay.
How fast in Kolkata?+
Express is 48 hours from the last inspection; standard is 5–7 working days. Older south Kolkata properties are frequently held on thika or long-lease tenure with fractional shares — we document the exact interest being valued rather than assuming freehold. Multi-property certificates depend on how quickly all the site visits can be scheduled.
Which parts of Kolkata do you cover?+
All of Kolkata including Salt Lake, New Town / Rajarhat, Ballygunge, Behala and Tollygunge, and the surrounding district at the same price and turnaround.
What if my assets are spread across several states?+
That is the normal case. Our panel covers 76+ cities, and every property is valued by a registered valuer local to it, then consolidated into one certificate by a single CA.
